That Report FIN 2023 02 entitled "2023 Draft Budget" be received for information; and That Council approve the 2023 Net Tax Levy Operating Budget of $26,937,925; and That Council approve the 2023 Net Water and Wastewater Operating Budget of $15,502,122; and That Council approve the 2023 Special Capital Levy of $7,366,005; and That the 2023 Capital Budget be approved as amended; and That staff be directed to amend the Draft Fees and Charges By-law to increase revenues by $60,000; and That the by-law be brought forward for enactment.
