Regular Council and Committee of the Whole

That the Closed Session Agenda dated May 21, 2024 be adopted as printed.

That Council resolve itself into closed session under the provisions of the Municipal Act, 2001, Section 239 (2) in order to discuss: Identifiable Individuals - Civic Awards Nominations

That Council approve the recipients of the 2024 Civic Awards; and That the names remain confidential until the recipients are notified; and That Council nominate the recipients of the Civic Awards to provincial award programs as appropriate.

That the Regular Council and Committee of the Whole Agenda dated May 21, 2024 be adopted as printed.

That Committee of the Whole recommendations COW-2024-34 to COW- 2024-36 be approved; and That the minutes of the Regular Council and Committee of the Whole meeting dated May 7, 2024 be adopted as printed.

That Report BLD-2024-2 titled “ Building Permit Activity Report: January 1 - March 31, 2024” be received for information.

That Report CAO-2024-5 titled "RCAF 100th Anniversary Celebration Events" be received for information.

That Council resolve into the Committee of the Whole.

That Report PLN 2024-13 titled "Street Naming Proposal – Bond Head South Subdivision S-10-03 (Lindvest Phase)" be received for information; and That Council approve the street names requested by Lindvest (Bradford) Limited for a portion of the Draft Approved Plan of Subdivision S-10-03 located on Part of Lots 1 & 2, Concession 6.

That the Committee of the Whole adjourn at 7:15 p.m.

That the Committee Minutes and Recommendation, item 17.1 inclusive, be received and approved.

That By-laws 2024-44, 2024-45, and 2024-46 be passed.

That By-law 2024-47, a by-law to confirm proceedings of the Regular Council and Committee of the Whole meeting dated May 21, 2024 be enacted.

That the meeting is hereby adjourned at 7:25 p.m.
