That the minutes of the Regular Council meeting dated January 17, 2023 be adopted as printed.

That the minutes of the Special Council meeting dated January 20, 2023 be adopted as printed.

That staff be requested to provide information pertaining to the following: the costs and income and future potential of the Newton Robinson Hall.

That Council resolve itself into Committee of the Whole to consider matters on the Committee of the Whole agenda dated February 7, 2023.

That the Grants Committee meeting minutes dated January 17, 2023 be received; and That the grants as outlined below be approved: Bradford Board of Trade - $5,000 BWGSA - Danube Seniors Leisure Centre - $500 Get RecD - $1,000 Making Change - $1,000 Sapper Brian Collier Heart of the Hero Fund - $1,250 Simcoe County Arts Council - $2,000 Simcoe County Youth Reach - $2,500 South Simcoe 4-H - $500 South Simcoe Streams Network - $900 Ukrainian Community of Bradford UCB - $800

That the grants for Bradford Legion - $2,000 and Rise Up BWG $2,000 be approved.

That By-laws 2023-05, 2023-06, 2023-07, and 2023-08 be enacted.
