That Report DCAO-2025-03 titled "Endorsement and Authority to Sign a Memorandum of Understanding for a New Phosphorus Reduction Facility" be received for information; and That Council endorse the Memorandum of Understanding with the Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks for a New Phosphorus Reduction Facility; and That Council authorize the Mayor to sign this Memorandum of Understanding on behalf of Bradford West Gwillimbury; and That Council authorize the Chief Administrative Officer and the Deputy Chief Administrative Officer to negotiate the terms of one or more Transfer Payment Agreements necessary to fund and implement the New Phosphorus Reduction Facility.
