That Report HMDSJMSB-2026-02, dated February 5, 2026, entitled “Township of King – Holland Marsh Roadside Ditch Maintenance” be received; and That the Holland Marsh Drainage System Joint Municipal Service Board manages/maintains the Township of King roadside ditches/culverts that are not part or identified as a Municipal Drain, during the same time that maintenance activities are taking place in the same vicinity as the Drains; and That the Holland Marsh Drainage System Joint Municipal Service Board enter into an agreement with the Township of King for the recovery of costs.
