That the Heritage Committee receive the Cultural Heritage Impact Assessment for the property municipally known as 73-79 Holland St W and 23 Church Street for information.

That the Cultural Heritage Evaluation Report for 4381 Line 10 be received as information; and That upon review of the report, the Heritage Committee finds the property to have strong cultural heritage value which merits its designation under the Ontario Heritage Act; and The Committee recommends that Council approve the intent to designate the property, as requested by the owner.
