That the Committee recommend that Council receive the draft Statements of Cultural Heritage Value or Interest prepared for the 10 properties identified for potential designation under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act; and That upon review, find that the 10 properties identified to have cultural heritage value or interest which merits designation under the Ontario Heritage Act based on the draft Statements of Significance and supporting information; and That Council approve the issuance of Notices of Intention to Designate for the 10 properties identified under Part IV of the Ontario Heritage Act.
