That Report HMDSJMSB-2026-05, dated June 4, 2026 regarding Consideration of the Final Engineer's Report for the King Drain 16 dated April 10, 2026 be deferred to the next Board meeting; and That the decision to recommend the adoption of the report be deferred to the next Board meeting August 13, 2026 and notice of said meeting be sent to all affected landowners.
