That this meeting of the Holland Marsh Drainage System Joint Municipal Service Board come to order at 7:06 p.m.

That the minutes of the Holland Marsh Drainage System Joint Municipal Service Board meeting held June 12, 2025 be approved, as printed and circulated.

That Report HMDSJMSB-2025-04, dated August 6, 2025 regarding Consideration of the Final Engineer’s Report for the Holland Marsh Drainage Scheme – 2025 Assessment Schedule dated June 30, 2025 be received; and That the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury Council enact a by-law to provisionally adopt the Engineer’s Report for the Holland Marsh Drainage Scheme – 2025 Assessment Schedule by giving 1st and 2nd reading to the By-law in order to begin the appeal process in accordance with the Drainage Act; and That the Holland Marsh Drainage System Joint Municipal Service Board give Notice as required under Section 46 of the Drainage Act, and sets the date and time for the first sitting of the Court of Revision for Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. which will take place at the Town of Bradford West Gwillimbury, Engineering Department, 305 Barrie Street, Unit 2, Bradford, Ontario; and That as per Section 52(2) of the Drainage Act, appeals must be filed with the Holland Marsh Drainage System Joint Municipal Service Board, Drainage Clerk, ten (10) days before the first sitting of the Court of Revision and that no late appeals will be heard; and That the Board appoint the following three members to sit as members of the Court of Revision for the Holland Marsh Drainage Scheme – 2025 Assessment Schedule, Dan Sopuch, Brian Visser and William Eek; and That a copy of the provisional By-law and Notice of the Court of Revision, be sent to all landowners under Section 46 of the Drainage Ac
